Homebuilder Don Weeks along with his company, Golden Heritage Homes, and its suppliers and subcontractors recently donated more than $4,000 to Coleman Place Elementary School in Norfolk to help parents purchase mandated uniforms for their children. Weeks also sponsored a back-to-school breakfast for faculty and school staff in late August.
